It might feel like you’ve only just recovered from last Christmas, but each summer, Argos issues a list of its predictions for the bestselling toys that will be under your Christmas tree, 6 months in advance of Father Christmas’ visit.
Featuring on kids lists to the big fella this year will be your usual batch of must have dolls (capable of drinking milk from a bottle and sleeping no less), LEGO and tech-driven toys such as the Airhogs DR1 Race Drone (that hooks up to your phone for virtual reality style point of view racing), and even wearable tech like the awesome SoundMoovz bands.
On-screen toys are also set to feature heavily on wish lists, with appearances from the ‘Paw Patrol’ Sea Patroller and Disney’s ‘Cars 3’ Lightning McQueen. And according to the research, polled from over 1,000 parents, the most popular choice this year will be a ‘blockbuster gift’ with 54% of parents are planning on purchasing a ‘gasp out loud’ main present alongside stocking fillers.
As ever Parent Bible Deals will be finding you the best prices on these upon release but it’s worth a quick nosey now to be prepared for the inevitable ‘Jingle all the Way’ rush to find that must have toy.
All toys listed will be available to buy at Argos from July.
