Parris Chloee, a mother from Romford Essex, has claimed to have found a ‘miracle’ lotion that enables her baby to enjoy up to 14 hours of uninterrupted sleep.

She swears by the oatmeal, lavender and Tonka cream, saying it’s so effective that she also begins to fall asleep while rubbing it into her baby girl Ava-Hayley.

Parris said: ‘I’d go as far to say the lotion is a miracle, especially for me as a working mum.

‘I’m a support worker and I work long hours – sometimes up to 15 hours a day – so I need to be getting sleep. Ava-Hayley is 18 months old and she used to sleep really badly.

‘I’m a single working mum and I was really sleep deprived. I’d tried everything and one day I went into Lush and just said ‘please, you’ve got to help me’.

‘The lotion is really good. It’s very surprising because I never thought anything would work.’

Now Parris claims she has enough time to work and enjoy playing with her daughter when she gets home, whereas before she was struggling through the day on little sleep.

Parris said: ‘Ava-Hayley would usually go to bed at 7pm and get up two or three times on a good night. It would often be five or six.

‘She would just be up, wide awake and playing in the night. It wasn’t even for milk or attention and I’d have to be up with her the whole time.

‘She’d climb out of the cot and run around the house. It’s amazing how the cream has really worked – now she’s sleeping from around 7pm to 9am.

‘The tub is £8 which is a lot of money for single mums on a budget, but it’s worth it. It’s the best £8 I’ve ever spent.

‘I’m used to getting up and running out to work without sleep. I’d only just gone back and it was taking its toll on my body.

‘Now I wake up and I’m not even tired. I’m much happier and so is Ava-Hayley.

‘She still has her nap during the day and she’s smiling more. Before she’d wake up in a really bad mood because she wasn’t rested. She’ll get out of bed and want to play straight away.

‘I don’t know what they’ve put in it and I don’t know how it works, but I’ve had to call them to put another tub away for me because they’re selling out so fast.

‘If someone told me about this a few months ago I wouldn’t believe them, but it’s amazing.’

The purple lotion was originally released last year as a special edition product and many customers have claimed it helped to ‘cure’ their insomnia.

Now Lush have brought back the product permanently and this week people have been clearing out their shelves.
